Don’t be worried about dimple locks! They’re just normal pin cylinders with the key on its side!
What makes us lock pickers happy is they contain grooves to guide the key. We can use those grooves against the lock. This tool works by sitting in those grooves, perfectly positioned to rake the pins.
Raking is a relief because you set most – sometimes all – of the pins before finishing with a standard pick. Dimple? Makkelijk! Watch the video to see.
