[SET] Tojiro Flash Gift ✓ Duurzame roestvrije chirurgische instrumenten ✓ Complete sets voor elke behandeling ► Professionele gereedschappen direct leverbaar

TOJIRO FLASH Gift Set is a classic large multi-purpose, small petty knife set that fulfills the majority of cutting needs from the get go. TOJIRO is a synonym of quality and extremely good value, and these knives definitely reinforce this.

VG-10 staalsoort is an ideal choice for kitchen knives, as it has great corrosion resistance and stainless qualities, but can still attain a very fine edge. VG-10 staalsoort can be also sharpened easily, but no worries – the edges will retain their sharpness for a long time.

This set includes:

• gyuto: a true all-rounder, suitable for preparing meat, fish and vegetables – its long blade is great for longer slices, as well as rocking motions and chopping on the cutting board,
• petty: small, complementary knife for other tasks, such as paring, peeling and mincing – it’s there to help out when any type of precise work is needed.
