This is Cat’s Eye Sillimanite, a rare gem mined in Sri Lanka and India for the most part. The soft, grey stone, lined with groen is reminiscent of a cat’s eye, and the reflection of light inside this phenomenal stone gives the impression that the eye is moving!

The Woodman setting features a Belcher style mounting is straight from the Victorian era. This style mounting is the perfect combination of modern size and antique design. The multiple prongs create a claw-like setting, allowing the sillimanite gemstone to sit, protected, just below the surface of the ring.
