The majority of the sapphires that we offer are from Sri Lanka and are considered Ceylon sapphires, including this one! These sapphires are known for their intensity of zeeblauw color, and their internal sparkle, and they tend to be slightly on the lighter side. We travel to Sri Lanka where we purchase these stones right from the individuals who cut them! For every one hundred stones that we see, we purchase one of the stones that is for sale here!
