YOU KNOW IT’S COOL BECAUSE IT’S BLUE!
The Cool Shield Heat Bond Ijzer melts heat bond tape quickly and easily while maintaining the cooler top shield temperature. Even on the highest setting of 425° the 482G reaches a maximum heat shield temperature of only 256°.
- Double heat shield stops deforming of carpet backing and yarn
- Snake shaped heating element provides even heat
- No stick base for fast, easy clean-up
- Grooved bottom for stronger carpet seams
- Grooved back leaves glue on the tape when taking out by the wall
- 3-way cord guide keeps the 9-1/2 ft. cord out of the way
- Thermostat indicator light shows when ijzer is heating
- And it has a Cool Sticker on the handle
